كشفت وسائل إعلام جزائرية، أن أزيد من 200 عائلة من بلدية المقربة الجزائرية خاضت أمس الجمعة، احتجاجات نددوا من خلالها إقصاءهم من عملية الأسكان التي باشرتها ولاية الجزائر العاصمة نهاية الأسبوع الماضي.
 
وأوضحت هذه المصادر أن قوات محاربة الشغب تدخلت وقامت بتشتيت الاحتجاجات التي عبر فيها المتظاهرون عن استيائهم الكبير بعد اتهامهم لبعض المستفيدين بتقديم رشاوى للجنة المختصة بالإسكان التي حرمتهم الحق في التوفر على السكن اللائق، بعد سنوات من العيش بدور الصفيح القصديرية.

Maryland man suspected of providing material support to ISIS.

Mohamad Elshinawy allegedly pledged his allegiance to ISIL and said his "soul was over there with the jihadists."

The FBI said Elshinawy was instructed by ISIS to "cause destruction" or to conduct a terrorist attack in the United States. They say he pretended to sell printers on eBay to mask payments coming from a suspected ISIS operative. He received the payments through Western Union and PayPal, authorities said.

Elshinawy allegedly used an Internet hot spot allowing him to access the Internet quasi-anonymously, and used social media, email accounts and "pay as you go" phones to communicate. They say he used a social media account under the pseudonym "Egyptt in USA."

The FBI also said he declared a "love of jihad."

An address listed in a search warrant for Elshinawy's Edgewood home in Harford County shows he lives about two minutes from the U.S. Army's Aberdeen Proving Ground.

Elshinawy was formally charged Monday in U.S. District court in Baltimore with attempting to provide material support or resources to a designated foreign terrorist organization, obstruction of agency proceedings, and making false statements and falsifying or concealing material facts

Manfred said in a four-page decision the career hits leader admitted he has kept on betting on horse racing and professional sports, including baseball. He upheld the conclusions of the Dowd report and said MLB had obtained evidence not available to Dowd: a notebook of betting records in 1986 kept by Rose associate Michael Bertolini.

"In short, Mr. Rose has not presented credible evidence of a reconfigured life either by an honest acceptance by him of his wrongdoing, so clearly established in the Dowd Report, or by a rigorous, self-aware and sustained program of avoidance by him of all the circumstances that led to his permanent in eligibility in 1989," Manfred wrote.

Manfred said Rose initially was not forthcoming about his current gambling.

"Even more troubling, in our interview, Rose initially denied betting on baseball currently and only later in the interview did he `clarify' his response to admit such betting," Manfred wrote.

Rose's conduct violated Major League Rule 21, which calls for a lifetime ban for betting on any game "with which the bettor has a duty to perform."

"Allowing him to work in the game presents unacceptable risk of a future violation by him of Rule 21, and thus to the integrity of our sport," Manfred wrote.

The ban prevents Rose from working for any major league team or minor league affiliate, but he is allowed to make ceremonial appearances with the commissioner's permission and may work for third parties such as Fox, which hired Rose this year as a baseball analyst.

Players on the permanently ineligible list also may not appear on the Hall of Fame ballot, a decision taken by the Hall's board in 1991.

At the time the ban agreement was announced, then-Commissioner A. Bartlett Giamatti said: "The burden is entirely on Mr. Rose to reconfigure his life in a way he deems appropriate."

Rose applied for reinstatement in September 1997 and met with Commissioner Bud Selig in November 2002, but Selig never ruled on Rose's application. Manfred succeeded Selig in January, and Rose applied again on Feb. 26 to end the ban. He met with Manfred on Sept. 24.

Now 74, Rose repeatedly denied betting on baseball until in his 2004 autobiography, "Pete Rose: My Prison Without Bars." He reversed his stand and acknowledged he bet on the Reds while managing Cincinnati.

Rose submitted two reports to Manfred, one by Dr. Timothy Fong, co-director of the UCLA Gambling Studies Program and director of the UCLA Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship. Manfred said he gave the report little weight because it was inconsistent with what Manfred told him.

The second report was a polygraph test taken on Aug. 5 by a consultant retained by Rose's representatives. Manfred wrote the polygraph test concluded "no opinion" based on technical reasons that were not Rose's responsibility.

A 17-time All-Star, Rose was the 1963 NL Rookie of the Year, 1973 MVP and 1975 World Series MVP. A three-time NL batting champion, he had 4,256 hits from 1963-86, topping the mark of 4,191 set by Ty Cobb from 1905-28.

Reds President Bob Castellini said he hopes the Hall will reconsider its decision preventing Rose from consideration.

"We and the fans think he deserves that opportunity," he said.

أظهرت إحصائية حكومية سعودية ازدياد إقبال المواطنين السعوديين على الاقتران من مواطنات أجنبيات من بلدان أخرى غير المملكة.

وبينت إحصائيات وزارة العدل السعودية، أن السوريات حللن في المرتبة الثانية، في قائمة "الأكثر جاذبية للسعوديين الراغبين في الزواج من أجنبيات".

وبحسب الإحصائية التي نقلتها شبكة "إرم نيوز" الإماراتية، فإن اليمنيات حللن في المرتبة الأولى، فيما كانت المرتبة الثالثة من نصيب الفلسطينيات.

وكشفت الأرقام أن الرجال الكويتيين هم الأكثر رواجا بين السعوديات الراغبات بالزواج من غير السعوديين، واحتلت منطقة مكة المكرمة العدد الأكبر في زواج السعوديات والسعوديين من جنسيات أخرى.

ورصدت الإحصائية أن 27.8 بالمئة من حالات الزواج في المملكة للعام الماضي انتهت بالطلاق أو فسخ العقد أو الخلع.

أمر قاضي التحقيق لدى محكمة عين بولمان في سطيف، أول أمس السبت، إمام مسجد بلال بن رباح بقرية برباس التابعة إداريا لبلدية عين ولمان في سطيف إيداع (43 سنة)، رهن الحبس.
وحسب وسائل إعلام جزائرية، فإن إدانة الفقيه جاءت بعد شكوى رسمية رفعتها زوجته لدى مصالح الأمن تتهمه فيها بممارسة الفاحشة مع ابنته القاصر التي تبلغ من العمر 7 سنوات.
وأضافت المصادر ذاتها، أن الفقيه نفى أمام الجهات المختصة كل منسوب إليه معتبرا الدعوى مجرد انتقام، ومن المنتظر عرض الطفلة على طبيب شرعي لإثبات أو نفي الفعل المنسوب إليه.

 عاجل: زوج يذبح زوجته بحي ليراك بخريبكة |

اهتز حي ليراك بمدينة خريبكة، صبيحة اليوم (الأحد 13 دجنبر الجاري)، على خبر جريمة قتل بشعة، راحت ضحيتها زوجة في الخمسينيات من عمرها، لها ستة أبناء (3 ذكور وَ3 إناث).

وكان الجاني (بوشتى. ب) بطل هذه الجريمة هو زوجها، البالغ من حوالي 60 سنة، بعدما أقدم على ذبحها من الوريد إلى الوريد، بواسطة سكين من الحجم الكبير، تاركا إياها جثة هامدة وسط بركة من الدماء بداخل منزلهما بالحي المذكور.

وأفاد شهود عيان، ل”خريبكة21″ بأن الزوج، وهو متقاعد المجمع الشريف للفوسفاط، قد ارتكب جريمته بسبب مشاكل عائلية، لاسيما وأنه مصاب بداء السكري، فضلا عن أنه كان يعتزم مغادرة أرض الوطن منذ حوالي 3 أشهر في اتجاه أوربا بحثا عن تحسين وضعيته الاجتماعية والمالية.

وأفادت ذات المصادر، بأن لحظة عودة أحد ابناءهما من الحمام، اكتشف أثار الدم بجوار الباب الرئيسي للمنزل، وبعد دخوله تفاجأ بوجود أمه جثة هامدة ملطخة بالدماء، الشيء الذي دفعه إلى إخبار عناصر الشرطة القضائية بأمن خريبكة، التي حلت إلى عين المكان رفقة عناصر الشرطة العلمية والسلطات المحلية ورجال الوقاية المدنية.

وأفاد ذات المصادر، بأن الجاني عمد إلى الفرار مباشرة بعد ارتكاب جريمته الشنعاء، بسبب نشوب خلاف حاد بينه وبين زوجته، التي جعلته يفقد أعصابه وحمل سكين، وطعنها به، ثم هرب وهو في حالة هيستيرية، قبل أن يتم اعتقاله خارج المدار الحضري من ليتم تسليمه إلى مصالح الأمن، والتي من المنتظر أن تستمع إليه (الجاني/ الزوج) في محضر قانوني من أجل إحالته على الوكيل العام لدى محكمة الاستئناف بخريبكة، حيث سيتم إيداعه السجن مؤقتا في انتظار انتهاء التحقيق معه والكشف عن ملابسات هذه الجريمة والتي أثارت علامات استفهام كبيرة حول الأسباب التي دفعت زوج قتل زوجته بتلك الطريقة الوحشية، التي اهتزت لها الساكنة الخريبكية.
